Q. How will I know if my order has been received successfully?
A. At the end of your shopping experience the final page will thank you for your order. Within a couple of minutes you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please check that all of the details on this confirmation are correct.

Q. How long will delivery take and what is the charge?
A. Assuming that everything you have ordered is in stock then it usually takes up to no more than 5 - 7 working days for your order to be accepted by us and your YOU Beauty Box to be delivered. The YOU Beauty Advent Calendar 2016 delivery time is between 5 -10 working days from the time you place your order. Membership starts from just £6.95 per month depending on which price plan you pick, and there are no additional hidden charges.

Q. How do I pay for my order on-line?
A. Monthly boxes are only available to members of YOU Beauty Box. To set up Membership, you need to create an account, during which your payment details will be taken. You can pay for your membership on line with a valid credit/debit card or your Paypal account. We accept MasterCard / Visa. We are sorry but we do not currently accept American Express. Authorisation of your card will be taken at point of order and money will leave your account immediately. The payment will appear on your statement as 'YOU BEAUTY BOX, SW18, LONDON'. If paying with Paypal, your statement will say 'CPM Innovations Ltd, support@you.co.uk'.

Q. How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?
A. YOU Beauty Box is part of the A & N Media Group and operated by CPM Innovations Ltd. This means that your monthly membership fee will appear on your bank statement as 'YOU BEAUTY BOX, SW18, LONDON'. On Paypal you will see 'CPM Innovations Ltd, support@you.co.uk'. 

Q. Do you offer credit facilities?
A. Sorry but we do not offer credit. All memberships are to be paid for when the account is created.

Q. Do you despatch outside UK?
A. No. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Q. What do I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?
A. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the delivery time stated, please contact one of our customer service team on 0203 597 3652 where one of our friendly operators will be happy to help you, or email

Q. How do I cancel or alter an order made on line?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or alter orders as they are processed immediately at a different location - we do apologise for any disappointment this causes.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. You can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your account and click on the My Membership icon in the My Account section. Here you can find an overview of your membership payments. In the bottom right hand of the page you can click the 'Cancel membership' link and follow the instructions.

Q. How can I change my membership to a different price plan?

A. You can change your price plan for your membership at any time by signing into your account, click on My Membership ion in the My Account section. Here you can find an overview of your membership. Click the ‘Change my membership’ link and follow the instructions.

Q. How can I change my marketing permissions?
A. You can change your marketing permissions, and therefore the level of contact you allow us to have with you, at any time by signing in to your account. Once signed in, click on ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner of the home page to be taken to your account dashboard. Click on ‘My Details’ and amend your marketing permissions. At the bottom of the page, you can edit the tick boxes which define what communications you permit us to send to you. Please note that our records take up to 48 hours to update.

Q. When will I be billed for my next box?

A. Each month you have between 1st to the 27th of every month to choose your products for that month & decide whether you wish to upgrade your price plan to a bigger price plan. If you choose to upgrade this will be valid for your next monthly box. On 28th of the month you will be billed the relevant amount depending on your price plan. This charge will be for your next monthly box. To remind you of the price plans;

Payment Plan 1 – Gold – 4 products, £10.95

The ultimate beauty bundle for self-confessed beauty queens/addicts. New and existing members can now choose (or switch to) the NEW Gold Monthly Beauty Box. With a Gold membership, you can select any four available products from the monthly shortlist for just £10.95 per month and we’ll also throw in some exclusive VIP offers from time-to-time. These boxes also include usual monthly treats, brand offers, FREE P&P, email previews and the option to cancel at any time. Gold membership subject to availability.

Payment Plan 2 – Silver – 3 products, £8.95

The extra gorgeous monthly beauty haul, for those who just can’t decide! You can now select a third product from those available on the monthly shortlist, for just £8.95 per month. With the Silver membership, new and existing members can pick any three available products and will also receive the usual monthly treats, brand offers, FREE P&P, email previews and the option to cancel at any time.

Payment Plan 3 – Bronze – 2 products, £6.95

The classic beauty box, for beauty enthusiasts everywhere! This is exactly the same monthly box that you have been receiving to date. Nothing changes – Bronze members will still get to choose any two available products from the monthly shortlist for the same price of just £6.95 per month and you’ll still get the usual treats, brand offers, FREE P&P, email previews and the option to cancel at any time.

Q. What is the difference between the YOU Beauty Monthly Box and Limited Edition Luxury boxes?
A. The YOU Beauty Monthly Box consists of 2 - 4 product samples (trial or travel-sized and sometimes full-sized), depending on which price plan members choose, which members select from a short-list of 6 to 10 products each month. These are provided to members of YOU Beauty Box. Additionally, boxes will contain several small treats such as health food bars, tweezers, emery boards and more. Membership price starts from just £6.95 per month, depending on the price plan. The Limited Editions Luxury boxes are much larger, containing 8 - 12 travel, full and sample size products which allow you to try products for longer. Because they’re bigger and more expensive to send, we have to charge more for them. These boxes can be purchased by guests and members of YOU Beauty Box.

Q. Do I have to be a member of YOU Beauty Box to get my hands on one of those lovely Limited Edition Boxes?  
A. Absolutely not. Whilst we are our monthly boxes number one fans (FACT), we appreciate that they aren’t for everyone. Our monthly discovery boxes are available to members only (at a fantastic price from just £6.95 and with an anytime opt-out option – just to be clear) but we also occasionally offer Limited Edition boxes. These extra special boxes are brimming with gorgeous beauty and skincare product and will focus on a particular theme or brand at a time. Anyone can buy a Limited Edition Beauty Box – you just have to be quick!  

Q. What size beauty samples can I expect? 
A. It depends very much by brand what size the beauty samples in the YOU Beauty Box are. Sometimes there are miniature beauty samples in small tubes or vials, at other times samples may be sachets similar to those given over the counter in store or stuck in magazines. We will tell you the exact sizes on all the product descriptions. Limited Edition Luxury boxes contain larger samples – closer to the ‘travel size’ bottles you find in hotels and gift sets, giving you at least 4 or 5 days to try the product, if not much longer and may also contain full-sized products. Our luxury samples are also great for taking on holiday! We will try to give you enough of the product for you to get a good feeling of what the product is like in case you want to purchase it in the future, but please read the descriptions carefully to avoid disappointment. 

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. You will receive your YOU Beauty Box by Citipost or Royal Mail within 5 to 7 working days of placing your order. The YOU Beauty Box is a small package which should fit through a standard UK letterbox. However through experience we know that not every letterbox will be able to accommodate the package. If you are not certain that it will fit and you may not be home to receive it, we suggest you give us an alternative delivery address (for example your place of work). Limited Edition Luxury boxes are sent via Citipost or Royal Mail Second Class and should be with you within 5 - 7 working days. The YOU Beauty Advent Calendar 2016 delivery time is between 5 -10 working days from the time you place your order. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, it will be taken to the collection office where you will have to pick it up when it is delivered through Royal Mail. Or it will be left in a safe place around your house or a neighbour if delivered through Citipost. Again, if you are not certain that you will be home to receive the parcel we suggest you give us an alternative delivery address. Q. What will you do with my information?
A. We use your information to build a beauty profile so that we can offer you the beauty samples that are suited to you. In addition we use this information to present you with offers and promotions we think you will be interested in. You can request that we suppress your details and remove you from our database and stop sending you marketing materials using your information at any time.  You can read more about this in the terms & conditions and the privacy policy.  We will never share your data with a third party, unless you have specifically given us permission to do so.
